KMA's self-defence program blends techniques from BJJ, Muay Thai, and Judo into a practical system for real-world situations — awareness, de-escalation, striking, and grappling.

Sessions are built around scenarios that matter: breaking grips, defending against strikes, controlling distance, and escaping to safety.

Private one-on-one coaching lets us tailor the curriculum to your needs. Monthly plans are also available for students who want ongoing training.
